These Terms govern all use of the Website, including the purchase and sale of lamps and lighting products via the Website, and form the basis of the legal relationship between you and Lumivera.


2. Orders

2.1 How to Order

To place an order:

  1. Select the desired lamp, color, and quantity.

  2. Add it to your cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout, filling in all required personal and delivery information.

  4. Choose a payment method and complete payment.

  5. You will receive a confirmation email.

Note: The first confirmation email does not guarantee successful payment or order completion.

If your email address is incorrect, we cannot send updates about your order.


2.2 Discount Codes

Lumivera may issue discount codes in special situations, including:

  • Promotional offers.

  • Store credit following an approved return.

Discount codes are single-use and must be used in full at once.


2.3 Order Processing & Completion

After you place your order, Lumivera will:

  • Verify order and address information.

  • Check stock availability.

  • Confirm payment has been received.

  • Approve or reject the order.

If approved, you’ll receive a second email confirming that your order is being processed and prepared for shipping.


2.4 Order Rejection

We may reject your order if:

  • Information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious.

  • Payment was not completed.

  • You have failed to comply with past orders (e.g., not accepting delivery).

  • There is a pricing error or shipping is not possible to your address.

We will notify you if your order is rejected.


3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–10 business days and shipped from our international warehouses.
All shipments use designated carriers and cannot be changed.

Delivery times vary by region (see Shipping Policy for estimates).


3.2 Shipping Address

Ensure your address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If an issue is detected, we will contact you via the details you provided.


3.3 Issues with Delivery

If your order is lost or damaged before delivery, contact our team at contact@lumivera.shop with your order number and details.
We will work with you to find a suitable solution.


4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Prices

All prices shown are in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping is free. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

The total amount will be shown at checkout and in the confirmation email.


4.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Orders already placed will not be affected by such changes.


4.3 Payment Methods

Payment must be made using the methods offered on the Website and must be completed before your order is fulfilled.


5. Returns

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery, at your own cost, provided that the lamp:

  • Is unused and undamaged.

  • Is returned in its original packaging.

Items purchased on discount or from special collections may not be refundable (see Return Policy for details).

Refunds exclude shipping costs if the package has already been shipped.

7.1 Warranty

You must inspect your lamp upon arrival.
If there's a defect, notify us within 14 days and provide photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is due to a production error, we will follow applicable warranty laws and provide a fair solution.


7.2 Limitation of Liability

Lumivera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the original purchase price.


8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, etc.).


9. Information Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and updated information but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times.

We may revise or remove content without notice.


10. Website Usage

By using this Website, you agree not to:
